How long does it take to receive an order in the US?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. I ship all US orders from Florida via USPS either First-Class or Priority Mail. Most orders should arrive within a week.

How long does it take to receive an order outside the US?
I ship all International orders via Airmail. Most arrive within a week to two weeks depending upon mysterious circumstance I have yet to figure out.

What are your shipping charges?
I send virtually everything in the US and Canada for free. On certain International orders I add a small charge but give them the same discount I give US and Canadian orders.

Do you do order tracking?
Since I pay for shipping on most items I don’t include this. If something won’t ship right away for some reason I’ll send you an email notification. If you need tracking for a specific purpose I can make that available for an extra charge.

What forms of payment do you accept?
My preferred method is PayPal. They allow you to use all major credit cards securely.

Will you autograph my item?
I’d be happy to. When you pay via PayPal be sure to request this in the comments section.

How long should it take to receive a download I ordered?
Download instructions are sent from PayLoadz.com as soon as the PayPal transaction is completed. This usually happens in under five minutes. If you did a transaction that’s payment pending, send me an email. Those transactions aren’t fulfilled until they clear.
